We all have a mental list of things we keep pushing aside. Sometimes it’s fear. Sometimes it’s overwhelm. But avoidance has a quiet way of adding weight to our minds.

Take a moment today to sit with honesty.
Ask yourself: What am I avoiding?
Is it a conversation? A task? A truth?

Let your pen wander without judgment. Don’t try to fix everything today, just bring it to light. Awareness is the first act of courage. You may be surprised at how freeing it feels to name what you’ve been holding back.
