One Tiny Habit That Changed My Mornings

I used to wake up already feeling behind. Scrolling, rushing, noise. But one small shift made a big difference:

That’s it. One sentence.
Something like:

  • “I want today to feel light.”
  • “I am safe and supported.”
  • “Today, I’ll give myself grace.”

It anchors me. Helps me begin with intention, not chaos.
